At Shinola, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and offer free returns on all domestic orders within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Generate and print your prepaid UPS shipping label, or opt for a printerless QR code to be scanned at a designated drop-off location.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the merchandise in its original Shinola box and shipping carton, ensuring any protective films or certificates of authenticity are included.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; you will receive an email confirmation once our Detroit workshop has processed your refund.
